High Protein Pudding (This Could Be Consumed On Phase III)

Protein Pumpkin Pudding

  1. 1 package sugar free Vanilla instant pudding mix
  2. ¾ cup water
  3. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  4. 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  5. ¼-1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  6. Directions:
  7. Measure ¾ cup water, add 2 scoops protein powder mix by shaking or stirring
  8. Follow pudding package directions
  9. Empty pudding mix into bow, add pumpkin spice and mix
  10. Pour in water and protein powder mix
  11. Add canned pumpkin
  12. Beat/stir until mixed
  13. Chill in fridge
  14. Serve with low fat cool whip

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

  1. ¾ cup low sugar, natural peanut butter
  2. 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
  3. Mix peanut butter with one scoop of protein powder at a time until dough formed
  4. Roll into balls and freeze overnight

Vegetable Dip

  1. ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  2. 1 scoop chicken soup or unflavored protein powder
