Chocolate

  1. Chocolate protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 8 ounces of water or skim milk

 

Vanilla

  1. Vanilla protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 8 ounces of water or skim milk

  

Strawberry

  1. Strawberry protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 8 ounces of water or skim milk

 

Vanilla and coffee

  1. Vanilla protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 8 ounces of warm decaf coffee

  

Orange Cream

  1. Vanilla protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 8 ounces of water
  3. Orange Crystal Light or other sugar free orange flavoring

 

Mint Chocolate Shake

  1. Chocolate protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 3/4 cup ice
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. 1 drop peppermint extract

 

Strawberry Lemonade

  1. Strawberry protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 8 ounces of water
  3. Packet of sugar free lemonade

 

Mocha

  1. Vanilla or chocolate protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 8 ounces of milk
  3. 1 tablespoon decaf coffee

 

Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  2. ½ scoop unflavored protein powder
  3. ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  4. 1 Tb pumpkin pie spice sugar free syrup
  5. ¼ cup skim milk
  6. ¾ cup coffee
  7. Make coffee, add milk, make sure temperature is <140 degrees F before adding protein powder, spice and syrup

High-Protein Cream Soup

  1. Unflavored protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  3. Hot water to make 1 cup (Do not mix powder with water >140 degrees F)

Yogurt Shake

  1. Vanilla or unflavored protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 1/4 cup low sugar yogurt (try different flavors)
  3. 1/4 cup ice
  4. 1/4 cup milk

 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Shake

  1. Chocolate protein powder (Amount to obtain 20g of protein)
  2. 3/4 cup ice
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. 1-2 teaspoons low sugar whipped peanut butter

Hot Chocolate

  1. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  2. 1 cup water
  3. Heat water not hotter than 140 degrees F
  4. Mix in protein powder
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg, top with 1 Tb sugar free cool whip
